Submission Rules| Submission Guidelines: SurfTucson.com is a Human edited Internet Directory, and all listings are subject to our submission guidelines. 1. Your web site must be live and must be in good working condition. 2. We reserve the right to refuse, limit in scope, or edit any link submitted for any reason. We may give you the opportunity to make changes at our discretion, or we my simply refuse your submission. Submission abuse will result in your IP address and/or domain name being blocked from our system. 2. Links that will not be accepted include web sites not related in any way to Tucson, Arizona or surrounding areas or web sites not based in Tucson, Arizona or surrounding areas. Web Sites that include sexually explicit or offensive material will not be accepted. 3. SurfTucson.com reserves the right to determine the category your link appears in and where that link appears on the page. Regular links and Featured links appear in alphabetical order, with Featured links appearing at the top of the category. 4. Listing period for Regular links is permanent as long as the web site is active. Listing period for Featured links or Premium listings is 12 months. 5. You may request access to your Regular or Featured listing to make copy changes, although all changes are subject to approval prior to going live. Premium listings may be changed once up to 4 times per year for free. Additional changes to Premium listings will incur a $10 change fee. 6. All efforts are made to keep the web site live and running at all times, however we cannot be responsible for Internet delays, service outages, or other conditions that affect the quality of service or web site uptime. We do not warrant the that this site will be online in perpetuity. 7. Refunds will be given if your web site is rejected for inclusion, however there are no refunds for any other reason. |
